FOR WORLD SIGHT DAY 2022, EVERYONE COUNTS

The World Health Organization’s World Report on Vision and the UN Resolution on Vision have cemented eye health as critical to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. However, change doesn’t just happen in high office.

We are calling on our global partners and members to help show the world how important it is to #LoveYourEyes.

From pledging to help reach our five million sight test goal to asking your networks and ambassadors to post selfies in #LoveYourEyes heart glasses, you are reminding everyone to take care of their eyes.

This year, Vision Care is celebrating #worldsightday by hosting a Bake Sale Fundraiser every Thursday during the month of October, an exciting Raffle, and a Kid's Coloring Contest!

1. Bake Sale Fundraiser- Stop by Vision Care every Thursdayin October and select some of our delicious goodies that are on sale. All of the proceeds will be donated to World Sight Day. This is a fantastic way to give back to the community AND it is a nice way to sweeten up a long afternoon!

2. Raffle - We are selling raffle tickets for 5 amazing prizes during the month of October. Prize themes are: Date Night Package, Girl's Day Out Package, Family Fun Day Package, Kids Just Wanna Have Fun Package, and the Men's Day package! All proceeds are donated to World Sight Day. Please bring cash and enter to win. Draw date is October 28th and will be announced on Facebook and Instagram.

3. Kid's Coloring Contest: Come by Vision Care and pick up some coloring sheets. The cost to enter is $1 and all proceeds are donated to World Sight Day. We have some great prizes for each age group!
