The doctors and staff at Vision Care would like to welcome Ashley Blechinger to their Vision Therapy/ Sports Vision Training team.
Ashley was born and raised in the small town of Annaheim, Saskatchewan. She received her
Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a major in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina in
2021. Ashley is passionate about helping individuals regain strength and function to improve
quality of life, with a special interest in athletic training and performance. Before coming to
Vision Care Clinic she volunteered as a Student Athletic Trainer for the Cougars Women’s
Hockey team and Rams Football Club where she worked with varsity level athletes to provide
injury prevention techniques along with concussion identification. Ashley is a member of the
Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association as well as Saskatchewan Kinesiology and
Exercise Science Association.
